First for the Far North

October 2010

Far North Queensland’s private mental health facility, The Cairns Clinic, officially opened its doors to patients on October 11, 2010 and has enjoyed a busy first couple of months.

Within the fist month of admitting patients The Cairns Clinic received duel accreditation under the AS / NZS ISO 9001-2008 and in a nation-wide first, also achieved accreditation under the new National Mental Health Standards 2010.
